in the early 1990s, Cowcope's current Vice President and Chief
Operating Officer, Halbert W. Jalikeakek realized that much
had gone awry in the world of retail and consumer service. Determined
to right this wrong once and for all, he decided he'd wage a
one man campaign seeking truth, justice, and perhaps a free
coupon or two from companies with which he had a bone to pick.
Since Hal is both fair and balanced, he also decided
that when he received a great service or loved a product, he
would write to that company as well. Upon Hal's
death, these letters will be enshrined in the Woodrow Jalikeakek wing
of the Bovine Pharmaceutical Research Facilities at Elsie
Borden College, Hal's Alma Mater.
